A proud member of Vanderbilt University’s Class of 2012, Natalie distinguished herself as a four-year starter and a valued contributor to the success of the women’s lacrosse program. Yet, beyond her accomplishments on the field, she will be remembered most for the extraordinary teammate, mentor, and friend she was. Her unwavering support for those around her, both in competition and in everyday life, left a lasting impact on the Vanderbilt community and beyond.
Natalie’s passion for lacrosse extended well beyond her collegiate career. She remained deeply committed to the sport through her work with USA Lacrosse and her dedication to coaching at the high school level. Through her guidance, encouragement, and love for the game, she helped shape the lives of countless young athletes, inspiring them to pursue excellence while embracing the values of teamwork, perseverance, and respect.
Those fortunate enough to know Natalie remember her infectious smile, generous spirit, and remarkable ability to make others feel seen, valued, and supported. She possessed a rare gift for uplifting those around her and creating meaningful connections wherever she went. Her warmth, compassion, and authenticity earned her the admiration and affection of everyone whose life she touched.
As the Owings Mills, Maryland, community and the lacrosse world come together in grief, they also celebrate a life filled with purpose, friendship, and service to others.
